TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

BOOKING & POLICIES

 

To secure your session, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due before your session date. All images remain copyrighted by Yelikza Keen Captures, and a print release is provided for personal use only. By booking, you agree to these policies.

 

 

Photo delivery

 

Your edited photos will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive a private online gallery for viewing & downloading.

 

 

TRAVEL & LOCATIONS

 

Travel within 40 miles of Roanoke, Va is included in all packages. This covers areas like Salem, Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Bedford, and parts of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Sessions beyond this range may require a travel fee, which will be discussed at booking.

 

 

Contract & model release

 

All clients must sign a photography contract before the session. A model release is required for images to be used in Yelikza Keen Captures portfolio, social media, or marketing. Limited release options are available upon request.
